Residing President from 2023 to 2024.

The Vice President shall assume the duties of President in the event of the absence or inability of the President to execute his office, with all the rights, privileges and powers pertaining to that office. The Vice President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees.

Responsible for recording all activities of "The Club", maintaining appropriate files, mailing lists, necessary records, and custodian of the corporate seal.

The Sergeant-at-Arms shall attend at the inner door and shall see that none but members of The Club and other persons with the knowledge and approval of the presiding officer enter its meeting room.

Deposit all monies received by "The Club" that are approved by the Board of Directors. Maintain records for the receipts of goods, disbursement of funds, maintain deposit securities of "The Club", approve payments from allotted funds, and issue checks there from.

Maintains the Honor Guard and it's affairs. Web designer and host.

Maintains all records pertainig to membership and payment of dues.  Issues all membership cards and ensure that all members are in good standing.
